Cafe Shalva, located within the Shalva National Center, is a boutique café and equal-opportunity work environment, where an inclusive team of managers, waiters, and hosts all contribute to the café’s success. The café’s menu and operations were developed in collaboration with esteemed culinary establishments.
Our kitchen offers a Mediterranean-Italian fusion menu, combining Israeli, Greek, and Italian classics, all prepared Kosher L’Mehadrin. Enjoy vibrant salads, rich pastas, fresh fish, and irresistible desserts. The menu is dairy-based and can be tailored to suit the preferences, type of event, and the nature of your guests -whether it’s a delicious breakfast, cocktails, a buffet, or a set menu.
