The upcoming academic year will marks two years since Shalva National Center opened its doors in the heart of Jerusalem. What started out as a dream has since become our new reality. The new Shalva National Center has helped thousands of children and their families, held incredible events and special celebrations and hosted tens of thousands of guests from around the world. It is beautifully and thoughtfully designed and includes facilities such as an auditorium, a semi- Olympic sized swimming pool, a world-renowned cafe, inclusive playground, respite center and party rooms. It has become a “can’t miss it” stop for tourists from around the world and Israelis alike. The Shalva center continues to thrive and provide invaluable services to children and their families, thus enhancing the Jerusalem landscape for people of all abilities.
