Twenty five years of changing lives is certainly a milestone worth celebrating. 900 people from all over Israel and abroad came together in Modi’in this past Monday for just that. SHALVA’s annual Gala Dinner The event was an extraordinary opportunity to reflect on the powerful message that anything can be accomplished when the heart and mind are driven to do something good.
Attendees entered the hall, greeted by convivial cocktail bar and a nostalgic exhibit called “Opening Doors” which highlighted some of SHALVA’s key accomplishments throughout the decades. Throughout the evening several speakers shared their thoughts on the momentous occasion. Lior Suchard, an internationally acclaimed mentalist left everyone’s jaws on the floor and Israeli superstar Moshe Peretz was joined on the stage by the SHALVA Band for an emotional rendition of his hit, “Daddy’s Girl” followed by dancing that jived into the night.
A milestone such as 25 years deserve a blow-out event, and SHALVA’s Gala dinner did not disappoint.
